Book Cover - Book Review: Eat That Frog! 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time

“There is never enough time to do everything you have to do.” Eat that Frog will help you ensure that you are spending your time on the right thing so that what you end up not doing finally make a huge difference.

The book is organized into 21 independent chapters describing 21 independent techniques, methods, or strategies applied by the author with great success. Not all are relevant depending on circumstances but most can be combined more often than not.

I’ve often recommended Atomic Habits but Eat That Frog is maybe preferable as a first reading on the subject since its scope is larger (productivity vs habit). Both books are invaluable. Habits determine everything (= we are what we repeatedly do) and you will need Atomic Habits to replace detrimental habits with better ones if you really dare to be more productive.

About the author

Julien Sobczak works as a software developer for Scaleway, a French cloud provider. He is a passionate reader who likes to see the world differently to measure the extent of his ignorance. His main areas of interest are productivity (doing less and better), human potential, and everything that contributes in being a better person (including a better dad and a better developer).
